China Kingho Sierra Leone News (Geng Shaoxiang) At the beginning of this year, China Kingho Sierra Leone Company organized all the staff and held a symposium to learn the spirit of the Chairman’s speeches at China Kingho Headquarters Cadres Debriefing Meeting and China Kingho Work Summary 2013 & Working Conference 2014. The symposium was presided over by Ye Jianyun, deputy general manager of the company.
    At the symposium, Ye Jianyun, the company’s deputy general manager, led all leadership and staff carefully review the spirit of three important speeches since 2013. He stressed that Kingho people must understand the history and culture of Kingho’s development, understand the development strategy and objectives of Kingho and grasp the priorities and working focus of Kingho. He pointed out that the chairman’s speech on January 9, important speech on the first-half working summary and the year-end speech comprehensively and deeply summed up the experience and lessons of Kingho. Chairman earnestly required that all Kingho employees should not only have a sense of hardship and a sense of crisis but also have entrepreneurship passion and the spirit of hard work. In combination with the spirit of the chairman’s speech, Ye put forward that Sierra Leone Company should regard Tianjin Kingho International Trading Company as an example, boost their spirit, make efforts in team building and personnel training, accelerate warrant handling work, achieve the transformation of Sierra Leone Company’s resources advantages towards benefit advantages and make contribution to the development of Kingho’s oversea business.
