From Qinghai Kingho Group (Correspondent: Zhang Guoxu) On the afternoon of September 27, Cai Rangjia, deputy director of Haixi Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, Zhang Guohong, director of Haixi Employment Bureau, Tan Jixi, director of Golmud Municipal Employment Bureau and other delegates paid a visit to Qinghai Kingho Group Steel Industry Park, accompanied by Fu Shangjun, assistant chief commander of Iron and Steel Project of the Group, and Zhang Guoxu, assistant head of HR Office.
    During the investigation, Cai and other leaders inspected the 2,000,000t steel integration project construction site and carefully listened to the conditions of construction in progress reported by Fu, including pellet plant, comprehensive raw materials plant, steel making and rolling.
    Upon the completion of site investigation, Cai listened to the report made by Fu at the symposium on the current situations of iron and steel project construction and human resources in the Group, especially on the project's role in promoting employment in terms of talent introduction, education and training, improvement of staff members' skills, labor guarantee and enriching employees' spare-time cultural life. Tan Jixi kindly exchanged with the accompanied personnel of the headquarters at the meeting. Finally, Zhang Guo Hong, on behalf of Haixi Employment Bureau, gave a recognition on the contributions made by Qinghai Kingho Group in advancing local economy development and promoting the employment of graduates from higher institutions and migrant workers. He said that the Bureau may establish a talent training and introduction mechanism with cooperation among enterprises, governments and schools and intensify efforts in support of higher institution graduate employment subsidies and talent training.
